Find the crime victim compensation your state already owes you, with every dollar tied to the exact law. No name, no story. A privacy-first web app that helps sexual assault survivors in all 50 states and DC claim crime victim compensation. I turned 2,578 verified rules from 824 official sources into bytecode run by a C++ engine compiled to WebAssembly, so bank statements and bills are read on the device and every dollar cites the exact law. It flags hospital charges the law says a victim can't be billed for and pays the rest through Capital One's Nessie API after a confirm code. Built solo in 24 hours; an independent reference engine agreed with it on 121,000 test claims with 0 mismatches.
